On January 10, 2026, under the auspices of the Zhejiang Provincial Administration for Market Regulation (Zhejiang Intellectual Property Office) and Hangzhou Municipal Administration for Market Regulation (Hangzhou Intellectual Property Office), the 2nd Asia Top IPR Talents Grand Ceremony, which is jointly organized by the Hangzhou High-Tech Zone (Binjiang) Management Committee and the Binjiang People’s Government of Hangzhou, presented by the Hangzhou High-Tech Zone (Binjiang) Administration for Market Regulation (Binjiang Intellectual Property Office) and IPR Daily, is convened in Binjiang, Hangzhou.

The ceremony is kicked off by the welcome remarks delivered by Tian Lipu, Ex-commissioner, China National Intellectual Property Administration (CNIPA), and Wang Qing, Inspector, Zhejiang Provincial Administration for Market Regulation (Zhejiang Intellectual Property Office).

The event features keynote speech, parallel forum and roundtable discussion centering on a slew of hot-button issues including “Building Global Competitiveness”, “Frontier Legal Practice”, “Talent Transitioning in the AI Era”, among others.
